Warmer, tho' snow is still everywhere

It was 47 degrees yesterday but other than melting some snow on roofs, the snow still looks just like it did a week ago. There is still at least 6-7 inches remaining in yards and fields around our area. We are expecting the next week to be in the high 40s and perhaps some rain. The rain will do more to rid us of the snow than anything else, so bring it on!

    Dear Madcapper ~ I didn't see an email addy for you so will just write a quick note here. Thank you for your kind comment on my latest blog post. It means a lot.

    I often wonder about Tom too. He stopped blogging and went to FB. I emailed him once or twice and he said he was doing good, but I was concerned about him and wonder what happened. I loved his gardens and his little home that he fixed up. I think of him sometimes when I mow because he once had a rock fly out from under his mower and do damage to his ankle.

    Anyway, thank you again for stopping by. I read in the post before this one that your husband was having some heart problems. You didn't post anymore and that makes me wonder about him. You will be in my thoughts and prayers .
